Rachael Firl is a Board Certified Hearing Instrument Dispenser. Rachael is originally from Sartell, MN and moved to Plymouth, MN in 2017. Rachael graduated from St. Cloud State University and started working at Audibel in 2018. Rachael began working in the hearing industry in 2012 and was drawn to the profession because of family members and friends who suffer with speech and hearing difficulties.

What Rachael loves most about saving hearing lives is connecting people to their world again. Rachael strives for; precise custom solutions, concierge level care, and verified best speech clarity in her everyday work with patients.

Outside of saving hearing lives – Rachael loves hobbies such as golf, relaxing at the cabin, and cheering on the Wild, Vikings, and SCSU Hockey.

Muriel Heher is a PSC and Regional Administrative Coordinator.
Muriel is originally from Illinois and moved to Young America, MN. In 1997 Muriel started working at Starkey Hear Care Center in 2021. Muriel began working in the hearing industry in 2007 and was drawn to the profession because it gives her the opportunity to make a positive difference in people’s lives. Muriel is motivated by a desire to serve and help others in her everyday work with patients.

Outside of saving hearing lives, Muriel loves to read mystery novels in her spare time.
